Coffee Bag Totes
Coffee waste is at an all time high alongside coffee consumption. While searching for ways to reduce the general waste, I quickly became aware of the waste involved in coffee roasting - piles upon piles of hessian coffee sacks.
These jute sacks are long lasting and perfect for tote bags. I couldn’t just let them sit there and the artist in me couldn’t pass up the design possibilities. Bringing fabric rich in design together with Hessian coffee sacks to make totes was an idea I just couldn't pass up.
This is a match made in heaven - durability without compromising on aesthetics; and the mitigation of coffee waste. I’m excited to breathe life into these coffee sacks and create something you can use everyday for many years to come.
