Now that you have bought your new piece, here are some tips to get the most out of your purchase.
Baskets:
After unpacking the sides of the basket may need adjusting, sit the vessel on a flat surface and gently move the sides until it resembles the photo.
Refer to my description to position your new basket, some baskets are great for your walls, I recommend that others sit on the shelf, especially if they are heavier or contain clay.
Products should be placed indoors, and away from heat or cold. Being made of dried plants and grasses and/or varnished, vessels are highly flammable, so be sure to also keep away from an open/naked flame.
Baskets should be kept away from young children as they may contain small parts that can be swallowed.
Gently spot clean with cool water should it be affected by any dirt or spills.
Tapestries:
After unpacking your tapestry, the fringe at the bottom may need to be combed Using the comb provided, place your hand on the top of the fringe and gently comb it downwards. A small amount of 'fluff' may come out onto the comb, which is perfectly normal. If there is some yarn hanging over the top of the fringe gently pull it up and over to lay on the rest of the tapestry while you comb.
The tapestry may also need to be loosened up, you can do this by holding the tapestry by its stick and gently moving it around to get some air back into the piece.
To hang your piece simply attach a hook or nail in the wall that is large enough to hold your piece. I recommend that two hooks or nails are used for larger pieces, one to sit under either side of the stick that the piece is mounted on.
Rectangular tapestries are to be hung with the fringe at the bottom.
Round tapestries can be hung whichever way you feel looks right.
Framed tapestries can also be hung whichever way you feel looks the best. Let the piece speak to you!
Tapestries, especially those with beads or embellishments, should be kept away from children and pets as they contain small parts that can cause a choking hazard.
Tapestries should be hung indoors, away from weather conditions as they may fade from exposure to the sun, and be worn down by wind and rain.
Gently spot clean with cool water should it be affected by any dirt or spills.
Scrunchies:
Your new scrunchie might be a little flat when you receive it, to fluff it back up, simply place the scrunchie around your wrist then take small sections and pull them away from your wrist. Work your way around your scrunchie by rotating it around your wrist as you go, until it looks full again.
